By the criminal proceedings investigated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee was substantiated the fact, that V. A., occupying the position of the commander of the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense, used his official powers to perform actions in favor of bribe-payers, and received bribes in large amounts through V. S.
During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings investigated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was established that B. H., occupying the position of manager of one of the cemeteries of Yerevan city and being an official person, demanded and received a bribe of AMD 200,000 from him for the obvious illegal inactivity in favor of E.P.
