A case of fraudulently exempting a conscript from mandatory military service has been discovered
Within the criminal proceedings initiated as a result of the cooperation with the RA National Security Service in the RA Anticorruption Committee, facts were obtained indicating the commission of a crime, stating that resident of Yerevan T.S., with a direct intention of embezzling other people's money by means of fraud, under the pretext of exempting conscript H. M. from compulsory military service with a false diagnosis, tried to extort particularly large amount of 5,000 US dollars equivalent to 2,375,950 AMD from his father, G.M.
Cases of embezzlement of 4.5 billion AMD worth communal and state-owned lands were revealed, charges were brought against 6 persons, including the former official of the RA Cadastre Committee
Within the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated as a result of the cooperation of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee with the RA Cadastre Committee, facts indicating the commission of a crime were obtained, stating that the former official of the RA Cadastre Committee, G. M., with the assistance of a number of people, as well as officials abusing their official powers and committing official forgeries, fraudulently embezzled 7 plots of land with a total market value of 4.5 billion AMD, 4 of which he embezzled with prior agreement with his close friend A.M.
Cases of embezzlement of money by fraud under the pretext of bribing an official were revealed
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was substantiated that S.A. tried to bribe a police official in the amount of AMD 270,000 at the instigation of A.A. in order to obtain driving licenses, but the crimes were not completed due to circumstances beyond his control.
As a result of the anti-competitive activities of the former Deputy Chief of RP and another police official, 67 million AMD damage was caused to the state, within the criminal case a case of non-payment of taxes of 577 million AMD was also revealed.
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee regarding the cases of illegal participation in business activities and non-payment of taxes, it was substantiated that the RA Police officials abused their official powers and limited the competition between the two European and Russian companies that supply the police with vehicle registration plates by anti-competitive activities, as a result of which the state suffered a loss of 67 163 790 AMD. At the same time, it was substantiated that the head of two commercial organizations operating in the Republic of Armenia, connected to the participant of the European company, did not pay particularly large amounts of taxes with the help of his brother.

Within the criminal case initiated by the RA National Security Service and investigated by the RA Anti-corruption Committee regarding cases of illegal tree cutting in the protected areas of the Vahagni forest state of the Vanadzor forestry branch of the Forestry Committee of the RA Ministry of Environment, "Hayantar" SNCO, large-scale illegal tree cutting cases were revealed, as a result of which the state was particularly large-scale property damage of more than 6 million AMD.
28 people were charged with obtaining illegal driver's licenses for bribes, the preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been completed
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained on the multi-episode criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was proved that about three dozen people bribed an official of the "Road Police" service of the RA Police, in exchange for passing practical examinations of a formal nature and obtaining driving licenses in violation of the established procedure.

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, sufficient evidence was obtained that S.E., occupying the position of commander of the relevant military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense from September 8, 2016, by means of embezzlement stole gasoline and diesel fuel coupons allocated to the same military unit in the amount of 2.5 million AMD.
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained on the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was proved that three inspectors of the "Road Police" service of the RA Police committed official forgery with a single intention: during the years 2020-2021, they regularly made false records, regarding allegedly committing administrative offenses by the driver A.H., as a result of which the latter was caused a total property damage of 115,000 AMD.
On the criminal case initiated by the RA National Security Service and investigated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, factual data were obtained regarding the apparent demand and receipt of bribes by the RA Police official.
