The Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia has sent an official letter to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia outlining the Committee's institutional concerns regarding the operation of the helpcourt.am platform. The letter highlights potential risks that the platform may pose to the guarantees of judicial independence, as well as the possibility of creating informal influence, dependence, or pressure on judges. The Committee has proposed considering the advisability of introducing legislative restrictions prohibiting the operation of the aforementioned platform, as well as any other private platforms that publicly classify or rank judges.
