A criminal scheme involving the provision of electoral bribes totaling AMD 7.5 million to approximately 45 voters was uncovered and neutralized by officers of the Anti-Corruption Committee and the Kotayk Marz Department of the Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; seven persons were detained.

Notification. the person accused of a crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Criminal Procedure Code by a verdict entered into legal force.
