As part of the events marking the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia, a series of meetings titled “Effective Fight Against Corruption Begins with Each Individual: Values and Behavior” has been organized with representatives of general and higher education institutions. Within this framework, on April 18, the Committee hosted more than 40 high school students from Kotayk marz and Yerevan.

Welcoming the students’ interest in the activity of the Committee and their willingness to deepen their awareness of anti-corruption efforts, Deputy Chairman Armen Asatryan spoke about the Committee’s work and priorities, presenting in detail its structural divisions and key areas of activity.

The Deputy Chairman also spoke about the Committee’s efforts in preventing and combating corruption, emphasizing that the success of anti-corruption efforts largely depends on active public participation. He highlighted that a crucial component of this process is ensuring youth involvement and raising legal awareness among young people.

The meeting included an interactive discussion, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions and share their views on various issues related to the fight against corruption.
