The Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia informs the public that, following up on numerous operational intelligence data and citizens’ reports received over recent months, today and tomorrow it will carry out large-scale operational and intelligence measures throughout the entire territory of the Republic, using the full range of tools vested in it by law and modern technical equipment, including unmanned aerial vehicles, aimed exclusively at identifying and neutralizing persons involved in criminal schemes of giving and receiving electoral bribes.

Taking into account the existence of hundreds of operational intelligence reports concerning persons who have given and received electoral bribes, as well as lists containing the data of thousands of citizens discovered during searches, the Committee calls for vigilance and at the same time urges the public to realize the inevitability of liability and to definitively reject the corrupt phenomenon of electoral bribery.
